Ordering terms.

48 hours notice

All orders require at least 48 hours before the requested pickup or delivery time. Times are in Cairns local time (Australia/Brisbane).

Pickup and delivery

Catering pickup and delivery are available Monday to Friday, 7am–2pm. Catering delivery is $20 per order within postcode 4870. Wholesale pickup is available any day. Wholesale delivery is free on Thursdays, with the delivery address and requested time subject to confirmation.

Payment and confirmation

Payment is taken at ordering when the total is greater than $0. Zero-dollar orders do not require a card. Receiving a payment does not confirm fulfilment availability: our team will confirm the order details. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Changes and cancellations

Call 07 4000 9391 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Options depend on the preparation already undertaken. Any applicable refund will be discussed with you. These terms do not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Dietary requirements

Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. We will confirm whether we can meet them. Products are not represented as allergen-free.

Prices

All totals are displayed in Australian dollars. Any delivery charge is shown before you submit your order.
